Tim is fantastic. He was thrown off the proverbial "deep end" when assigned to the data science team at Rome2rio, having only had limited experience with analysis work, but quickly adapted and became adept at implementing and reporting on data-driven improvements to our products. One of the first projects he worked on was pivotal to the growth of the business, and Tim played a critical role in building and developing the original idea into a significant revenue stream.
Tim is excellent at finding the balance between longer-term projects and taking care of quick, high-priority items. He can handle complex tasks with relatively little direction, and did a good job of shipping new products while maintaining and often improving existing infrastructure. When our analysis infrastructure suffered an outage, he took the initiative in managing the incident and putting in place additional safeguards to mitigate future issues. He also took ownership of several critical systems and quickly and efficiently serviced bug reports and test failures.
Tim is highly personable, and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him both at and outside work. I'm sorry to see him go and would love to work with him again if given the chance.
Tim worked for me at Morgan Stanley on a Fixed Income Front Office Pricing Tool in C# / Excel. This was a complex platform and Tim was able to quickly get up to speed and start developing a strong solution. He was comfortable working directly with the desk to get requirements as well as to truly understand the business impact of what he was building. An extremely strong C# developer and I would be very happy to work with him again in the future.
Tim joined Credit-Suisse on the graduate team, and worked directly for me in his second year. In that time his development skills grew enormously and the general quality of his work was outstanding.

Vault
A cross-platform travel budgeting app built with .NET MAUI, designed to make it easy to track expenses on the go in multiple currencies. Created in collaboration with travel brand StephMyLife, Vault helps travellers stay in control of their budgets without the stress of spreadsheets. It's currently in late-stage development, and I can't wait to see it in people's hands.
LyrIQ
An AI-assisted lyric writing tool for musicians, aimed at sparking ideas and breaking creative blocks. LyrIQ blends my love of music with my experience in software design, offering a space where inspiration and technology meet. It's still in active development, but early feedback from songwriters has been really encouraging.
Visual Service
A hybrid WPF and .NET MAUI application built for HVAC engineers to connect field teams with head office in real time. It includes live video calls, Bluetooth device connectivity, real-time charting, and system analytics, all wrapped in a user-friendly interface. Helping engineers work smarter and train faster on complex systems has been one of the most rewarding parts of this project.
